Scheduling was also done via email and was very easy. I dropped my car overnight and it was ready within a couple hours first thing that next day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they worked well with my insurance. Highly recommend Matthew and his crew!

One detail that really impressed me was that they were able to carefully remove my SunPass from the old windshield and reattach it to the new one without any issues. It saved me time, money, and a huge headache, and it showed how attentive they are to the little things.

We brought our Tesla Model Y in with a small pit on the windshield after a long drive. Even without an appointment, the technician fit us in right away and repaired it while we waited in the car. When I went to pay and asked for a receipt for insurance, he explained the damage was so minor that he wouldn’t even charge us.
It’s rare to see that level of honesty and customer care — they could have easily billed us, but instead gave us great service and peace of mind. We’ll absolutely return if we ever need more significant glass work, and highly recommend NOVUS Glass of Longmont to anyone looking for skilled and trustworthy service.
