I had an Android phone that wasn't charging through the USB port. Brandon inspected the phone and determined the USB port looked okay and that the phone would charge through a different cable. Rather than doing an expensive repair he suggested getting a different charger and cable. I bought the charger and cable from him at a fraction of the cost of a repair was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Highly recommend "Not That Tech Savvy?"!

Top tier customer service!!
I have a second phone where the battery started to 'balloon.'
Called 4-5 other shops in the Myrtle area, and only NotThatTechSavvy could help! While the other shops only service premium products, Brian was above and beyond trying to help, and offered several solutions. Would recommend!!!

On February 5, 2026 I took my old HP laptop in to see if it was worth salvaging. Also had questions about my iPhone files. Spoke to John previously on phone and he told me to bring it in at my convenience. Upon arrival John was at front desk. He was looking at my computer and another customer walked in. He was helping both of us at one time. Then Matt came in and both were working with us. Amazing how they worked together. Ended up with major clean up of laptop, then backed up to external hard drive. All questions answered and a very relieved customer. Price very reasonable. Gave me info for moving forward and I’ll definitely be back. Thank...On February 5, 2026 I took my old HP laptop in to see if it was worth salvaging. Also had questions about my iPhone files. Brought my laptop in there after it completely crashed and thought I might have a drive corruption or failure. Brandon was able to get up and running again within an hour after just some reinstalling & reformatting! He came and chatted with me after every step of the way which was great for someone who liked to know exactly what happened and where he was in the diagnostic/repair process. Everyone was extremely kind and was even offered a bottle of water. I know where I’ll be going if I ever need tech support in the future! Highly recommended!

As a small business owner, I rely on my tech working properly every single day. When my laptop went down, I replaced the battery myself and got it about 98% there — but couldn’t get the new battery pack fully seated into the port correctly.
I brought it in, and within 30 minutes they had it diagnosed, properly connected, and my laptop back up and running.
That level of urgency and professionalism matters when your business depends on your equipment. Fast, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Highly recommend.
