Norwood Glass Co

On May 7th, my daughter and I visited Norwood Glass Company, and brought our round coffee table to have the glass-top replaced on it. The owner was excellent. He was cooperative, and he is a expert craftsman ! Besides we were able to recycle, reuse, and one less item in the trash.

Always great service by Warren repairing my screens, replacing pins and screening material, bent frames, etc. And extremely affordable prices. I’ve been going there for years. Don’t be put off by the ‘unadorned’ interior when you walk in. Warren is the OG and a gentleman. Not many places like this left, unfortunately.

Always fantastic service and always reasonable and fair pricing. I've repaired many windows over the years and other glass projects and have never been disappointed. Often, jobs are done the very next day. This is the rare breed of business these days: local, friendly and trustworthy.

While not kept up in good shape physically (the store is quite old), the customer service and kindness are something you don't really find in most places anymore. Warren is knowledgeable and gracious, and genuinely cares about his customers. I needed a replacement pane for a broken window and he walked me through it and delivered on time and under estimated cost. Will definitely use this place again.
