We are very happy with Northwest Decks for their professional service and the quality work done on our deck repair. They were able to get our project started very quickly, considering it was in the middle of summer when we discovered the need for structural repair. Their team worked daily until the project was completed and kept the job clean and organized. I would highly recommend Northwest Decks.
I hired Northwest Decks to demolish an existing wood deck and install a new Trex deck with aluminum rail at my residence. I felt Sherri did an excellent job making several visits to prepare the cost estimate and bring Trex products/colors for our final selection. Doug supervised the project during inclement weather. I felt the deck was constructed to a high standard of craftsmanship and I would not hesitate to recommend Northwest Decks to others. You pay for quality. Sherri/Doug treated the project as if it were their own residence and were always responsive.
Just had two decks built Feb 2025. They showed up on time and were extremely easy to work with. Owner met with us and we told him what we wanted and he answered all our questions. Extremely happy with the decks. They are very well built and completed reasonably fast. Highly recommended.
Northwest Decks were a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end of our job. From the removal of our 500 sq. foot deck to the installation of the new one they handled everything from materials, drawing and obtaining permits to repair work needed to be done to our house. Their employees were outstanding. They were prompt, neat, polite and worked without stopping sometimes in inclement weather. Our Trex Deck and cable railing is the envy of the neighbors.
