Everyone I interact with at Northtown is always kind and professional! I sat in the waiting room while waiting for my oil change and tire rotation, and all of the staff that passed through made a point to smile at me. Saige is always super helpful and understanding at the Service Desk, which makes my life easier. I feel I can trust her to give me appropriate advice on my car and not try to weasel more money out of me.

Absolutely 10out of 10 do not recommend. Will not stand behind the purchase you make. Do not recommend the service department either, took the car I was able to drive for 3 weeks for a blown rear main seal, didn't fix the entire issue so took it to my own mechanic where they found bolts and brackets not hooked up or bolted in. Refuse to return here. Be warned!

Find a used pickup online, went over and decided it wasn't what I wanted. I ended up finding another pickup that they had and bought that instead. Over all I am very pleased. Jackson went above and beyond for me and we made a deal at the end. My only complaint was that they don't allow taxes to be put onto the loan. I've never had a dealer not do this. Either way, I had a good experience and would recommend them. Thanks again Jackson.
