We had NorthStar clean our carpets yesterday and the entire process was great! Fast quoting by Tim (who also does the cleaning work) and communication with Julia was also very speedy. We all commented today on how much cleaner the carpets are today! Thank you NorthStar for a great experience!
I called NorthStar Restoration Services to have my ducts cleaned. They sent a gentleman by the name of Josh out to my house to take care of the duct cleaning. We were well-overdue to have them cleaned, and I can definitely tell a difference in the air quality within the house! Josh explained there was quite a bit of debris in the duct work, he even showed me before and after photos! Josh was kind, knowledgeable, and spoke great things about NorthStar. We had a water line freeze/break in the middle of the night that effected several guest rooms. We called NorthStar and they responded immediately. Their crew arrived, assessed and got to work extracting and drying. Professional, courteous, discreet and kept us informed of their progress thru the entire clean up. Kudos to David, Preston, Mason, Austin, Josh, Brandon and others who were too busy working for me to catch their names. Thank you all.
5-5 starts for everyone. Julia from the office is SO nice and helped me set up the appointment. She was very friendly and personable and loved the customer service I received. Tim came and did the cleaning and did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough, and went above and beyond. I was recommended Northstar restorations from two different coworkers, and I’m so glad I went them. We will definitely use them again. Tim and Julia are a great team! THANK YOU for a job well done!
