Manny was especially great to work with — he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. He really went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Manny is the BEST! Timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Texted him photos of the washer error message and model so that he had the right part - he did so the repair was quick. Back up and running 24 hours later - which is huge with college kiddo retuning home from abroad with lots of clothes to wash!!

EXCELLENT customer service. They came out in 2 days (right at the end of an ice storm) and Manny, the technician was 45 minutes earlier than his window, which was amazing! He replaced the entire guts of my dryer (the whole kit, he called it), cleaned out my washer filter and was out within the hour. Very friendly, courteous and speedy. Would definitely recommend them!!!
