Ah-maze-ing! I had three companies come and give me a quote on my damaged garage door. The first one told me I needed a new door probably around 3k. The second one told me I needed two new doors because the new door wouldn’t match our 3rd car garage door, at least 10k. Northland was the third to arrive and just started fixing it, no discussion at all, $110. These are good people with a lot of integrity. They’ve got a customer for life!
I had a great experience with Northland Door. Easy to schedule and they were able to come out on my day off. The technician, Logan, was very polite and efficient. Our 25+ year old opener was worn out. He had the old one out and the new one in within an hour. He gave me the rundown on programming and how everything works. The price was less than expected and the overall experience was an A+, 5 stars is not enough. I would highly recommend Northland Door Systems.
I had another company come and service my overhead door, but that technician was there for less than 10 minutes and didn't solve the issue, as it happened a couple of days later. Service from Northland Door was was spot on. Logan was awesome. I learned more from him in the 45 minutes than I thought I would ever need to know. He found where there was a wiring (old wires) issue. He replaced the old photo eyes with new. He adjusted the spring and adjusted the limits. He cycled the door SEVERAL times to make sure I was satisfied.
