This is a great place. Very competitive prices - best I’ve found in the area. Neil is great, and stands by his work with a competitive warranty on parts and labor. This is a very reliable, trustworthy place to get work done on your vehicle. I won’t go elsewhere.
Neil and Woody were very courteous, kind and honest when taking on fixing my old Ford. They were willing to dig in and research when the part they ordered didn't fit. I'm very appreciative as not a lot of people will even work on it, much less keep at it until they figure it out. I actually felt kind of bad that it was such a pain! It's driving great now and I will definitely use them again for my truck & car maintenance needs.
5 STARS! North Raleigh Automotive & Radiator Service did a professional job installing a new water pump, belt, and thermostat on my 2007 Buick! My car was leaking fluid and I was desperate to have repaired. Neil gave me a very reasonable repair quote and the final repair bill was even less than the quote. While I was at the shop, Neil was very honest and patient with me as he answered my many questions before and after the repairs were done and I very much appreciate that.
