Very high-quality product, very friendly and knowledgeable crew, and extremely fast installation. We adopted a dog a few weeks ago and we’re really in need of Fence and we were able to get on the schedule very quickly and get the fence completed. This was a great company to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone Looking for a combination of quality and expediency.

Bob and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We had a wood fence removed and replaced with a vinyl fence. Everything was completed on time as promised. It was great that he gave a rough estimate using satellite images of our lawn to approximate the cost before needing to come out in person for final measurements.

North Indy Fence did an excellent job on our fence installation project. From estimate to installation everything went very smoothly. Installers Travis,Blake,Chase and Shaun did a fantastic job during installation even conquering a troublesome tree root in the process. They all were very courteous, polite and professional. They answered any question I had during the install. I highly recommend North Indy Fence.

We bought our house in 2022 and needed a quick fence install. I called North Indy and they gave a quote and got the work done pretty quick. They use an aluminum post that’s driven into the ground so there’s no concrete. That does make it go fast and keeps the yard clean. The following year, some winter heave Had made some gates out of level. They did return and made some adjustments. There’s some rust on some screws but I’ll touch them up with black paint. This year (2026) the post that was attached to the Trim work came loose. They did offer to make another repair, but I declined.

I had a fence installed less than a year ago, and while it initially looked great, the main gates have already started to sag. I reached out to the company to address the issue, and two of their workers came out to inspect it. They confirmed the gates are sagging and cannot be adjusted any further, and said they would need to come up with a solution to fix the problem. It has now been over a month since that visit, and I have received absolutely no follow-up or communication. I have tried calling and texting multiple times, but have not received any response. This lack of accountability and customer service is extremely frustrating, especially considering how new the fence is.
