They saved me 250 bucks as i went in to get a tire patched up but it was too damaged to safely repair. He reccomended i check to see if the tire would be covered under warranty before i buy a new one and luckily it was. I have gone here a few times before for an oil change and inspections and they are always friendly and professional. Great group of guys.

Respectful discussion of what's needed with a dose of good humor. I bring my car there for all work on non warrantied systems. (E.g. consumables/maintenance like brakes and plugs.)

Incredibly rude! If you are a female prepare to be talked down too! They were rude to my wife. Then they were rude to me when I returned. Went to get a simple car inspection. Inspection didn't pass because of some lightbulbs being out. When I asked which bulbs they wouldn't tell me! Then they said it would be $200 to take a look.
I've been here tons of times for all of my cars and have never been treated like this. Go somewhere that has an understanding of basic customer service. Nobody needs to be treated this way.

06/03/24 - Update
I returned for my inspection and was confronted with aggression because of an online review I had left. A person in the garage, possibly the owner, confronted me aggressively about the negative review. He yelled and argued with me for ten minutes, and I had to repeatedly ask him to calm down.
I explained that my review was about how my wife was spoken too and how how I was treated rudely. It had nothing to do with the work being done. Instead of addressing the review constructively, he berated me, told me he didn't need my business, and felt justified in letting me know his thoughts.
This behavior was clearly unprofessional and created an unsafe confrontation. Most places ask how they can improve when they receive negative feedback, acknowledging any mistakes in communication to work with the customer, not against them.
Berating and confronting a customer to get them to change an online review is not appropriate. It's scary and bad business practice.
I have never been yelled at or experienced anything like this. I was told that I am the bad guy and that they have been in business for 30 years. This kind of service is a significant blemish on their long history.
Thankfully he ended up walking away to calm down. The mechanic who completed my inspection (and who I usually interact with) was calm and easygoing, showing professionalism in a tense situation.

Great. I trust these guys with my car. I never have to worry about getting ripped off here. I've also purchased 2 cars off them in the past and both cars lasted me a good amount of time considering how old it was. Great place to get repairs done and the 2 Brothers are a delight to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more.
