I had a totally difference experience than others who left reviews. Mark and his brother both took the time to fix an unusual problem with my oven- coming out on three occasions ( charging for one) to be sure it was fixed and working properly. Mark was pleasant and easy to work with - my oven repair presented several problems and they stuck with it until it was fixed and were reasonable with their rates. I had used them before with a dishwasher repair and had a good experience with that repair as well, but this last fix required a bit more from them and they came through for me.

North Country is a godsend for the upper valley. I have had them service Bosch, Miele and Fisher Paykel appliances. They really know their stuff. The technicians are really capable and the scheduling was easy. Billing also really reasonable. Don’t waste your time shopping around; just call North Country.
