Let me first say I have dealt with a local appliance company in Portage County for years with no issues. I recently moved and thought I would try this place. I am so glad I did! This place is top notch sales, delivery and install. We discussed my options as I had a unique situation, and they were very helpful and guided me through the process. I ended up buying a washer/dryer pair that had a rebate, and you'll never believe this, but they file the rebate for you! All I have to do is wait for the check! I would 100% buy again and will recommend them to anyone that will listen to me. Please do NOT buy BIG BOX, this is the place to go. Incredible experience dealing with NCTV&A. Top-notch sales & delivery, with excellent communication every step of the way. Kind, friendly, professional, honest, trustworthy, and very informative. They treated us exactly how they would like to be treated if they were the client. Their delivery staff took every precaution to ensure a safe delivery and install of our new refrigerator and, in fact, same can be said for the move of the old fridge to our children’s home.

We are extremely happy that we stopped in during the “fire trailer days” on a two occasions to acquire much-needed knowledge and pertinent info to make more informed appliances decisions. Learned a tremendous amount about the manufacturer’s product quality, reputation, service reliability, and customer satisfaction ratings from the Kindys during those cozy sessions. Highly recommend these fine folks for your next appliance purchase.

Wow! How awesome this place is! I just had my new LG washer and dryer delivered and setup by Jack and Corey yesterday, June 30. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and well I've just ran out of adjectives! But seriously, it was such a pleasure to be treated so well.
