Water line was busted. I went to Norris Mechanical and spoke with Bruce Floss. Mr. Floss was a very nice person. He advised that he could have someone out in a couple of hours, which he did. They did a very good job and I would recommend they to anyone,

Bruce @ Norris Mechanical Shop (NMS) was quick to respond with a bid when my A/C unit flooded for the third time in 3 months and American Home Shield (AHS) refused to honor their insurance policy in a reasonable time. After 3 months of almost daily calls to AHS, I needed to quickly remove a serious health risk (one disabled person plus two retired people forms my household) plus two scheduled operations within two weeks.
