Wonderful service here! My brakes needed replaced and Tim did them quickly and at a fair price. So hard to find a great mechanic but he definitely is. Thank you!!

They took good care of my dad when he went in for a repair. Reasonable price and was completed the same day. As we are new customers i don't have a whole lot to go on but the initial impression was good. Very good. We will definitely be back unfortunately when a vehicle inevitably will breakdown. Thank you for the great repair and respect. It went a long way!
I called Norris Auto repair for one of my trucks that was having an oil leak. I was scheduled for 12 so I dropped the truck off slightly before. 4:40 rolls around and I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called to check in before the day was over, hoping I could have the truck back for the next day of work. The mechanic informed me that the truck was leaking oil and the oil pan was wet, so the issue was likely something with the oil pan or something near the oil pan but he wasn’t entirely sure where the leak was coming from. At any rate the problem wasn’t an issue he wanted to “fool around with” and that I would have to take it somewhere el... At any rate the problem wasn’t an issue he wanted to “fool around with” and that I would have to take it somewhere else to be fully diagnosed and repaired. He informed me he could have added dye to the oil to see if he could have gotten and exact location the leak was coming from but didn’t want to confuse whoever was going to follow behind him to fully diagnose the leak. He proceeds to tell me there is a $67 dollar fee. I asked what he fee was for and he proceeded to tell me it was a diagnosis fee. Although he didn’t add the dye to pinpoint the leak and he didn’t tell me where the leak was coming from. He only told me the oil pan was wet and didn’t want to “fool with it”. If he didn’t want to fool with the oil leak I’d rather him tell me that from the beginning. Now I am down a truck for another day for a more reputable shop to properly diagnose and fix the issue. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Especially people who need quick turnaround around on repairs to keep family or business affairs running smoothly. This has not been an efficient process. I took one of my crews work truck in with and oil leak and left with an oil leak and still no idea where it’s coming from. I will say that he didn’t end up charging me, but only after I asked him what the exactly I was being charged for because he didn’t diagnose anything. He proceeded to tell me the keys where in the seat and hung up on me.
