I have been here twice. Both times, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They have done everything i have asked, and have not tried to sell me on things I do not need. I appreciate that! It is very affordable! Thank you guys!! If you are looking for a new car fixing place, these guys are legit!!
Jimmy and team were great to work with. We set an appointment for 1pm and he got my vehicle in and out within an hour. Good communication, fair pricing, and honesty. Not much else you can ask for. Thanks to the technician, the front office, and Jimmy.
I had a great experience with Norman Automotive. My SUV was overheating and I couldn't find why because I couldn't find a leak or anything visible wrong, so I assumed thermostat. Turned out to be my heater hose assembly. They fixed my car at a way cheaper price than I was quoted at other places which was awesome because I'm a single working mom. They made drop off and pick up easy and kept in good communication with me. I definitely recommend them! It was a bit out of my way but it's worth it for great, honest service!
