Norfolk provided the BEST kitchen remodel experience from start to finish with zero stress. Diane Flemming was the best in communication, responsiveness and even outside design tasks with helping me with selecting kitchen light over the sink. Her plans for my contractor were spot on and the demo and rebuild process went flawless. She is the best at what she does as i gave her full rein to design the best outcome for my kitchen which she did. Her talents and experience here and overall best customer service was outstanding. Note to other folks considering a remodel.. We were looking to remodel our outdated kitchen and we went to Norfolk and met with designer Shayna Bicknell, she showed us options for cabinets and countertops in the showroom and came out to our house a few days later to take measurements and give us ideas for the space. Shayna is very knowledgeable and personable and easy to work with. She came up with a great design replacing our peninsula with a beautiful island taking into account our wishes for the space. Jeff Artlit our project manager was great and always kept in contact throughout the entire project. We did a complete kitchen remodel, floor to ceiling. Louise was our kitchen designer. She did a fantastic job from designing, suggesting extras and conveniences to ordering and making sure we had everything we needed to install the cabinets and hardware. The custom cabinets fit like a glove and everything went in as planned. All we had to do was pick out the style of cabinet and color. The kitchen seems so much bigger and we have utilized so much more space. We love it! We did all our own install in this 100 year old house so it was a challenge to get everything square, level and plum after demo but it made the cabinets go in so much easier...We did a complete kitchen remodel, floor to ceiling.
