I recently bought a Hearthstone Heritage wood stove and the service and installation were excellent. Ed and Ed Jr. were great answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The install team of Bill and Eric did an awesome job. Everything was installed as I requested and they were very neat and courteous. I highly recommend the Nordic Stove Shoppe!
Needed repair on LP Fireplace Insert. Time and Date was given and EXACTLY at that time and date, service man showed up. Took shoes off to protect wood floor... on his own! Had to replace Pilot assembly. That was done with parts in the truck... and it was done in about 20 minutes! He then rebuilt the logs onto the grate... another 10-15 minutes and that was it. Reasonable price... Cannot ask for more than that!
It didn’t feel like they take potential customers seriously, which doesn’t inspire confidence. If this is how they treat prospects, I can only imagine the experience after a sale.
This shop is awesome. They worked with me while I asked dozens of (probably silly) questions over email. Finally landed on a Lopi Evergreen wood insert. Competitive and transparent pricing, very helpful and prompt communication. They arrived exactly when they said they would for the install and quickly got the new stove installed and explained operation. They even made sure I understood the process for tax rebates and what would be eligible for the tax credit on the stove. Highly recommend!
