The fridge door wasn’t closing right, and it turned out to be a hinge issue. They replaced the hinge and realigned everything. Now the door shuts tightly again, great job guys!

Upon scheduling a visit, a technician came out to inspect my fridge only after many follow up calls from myself. Again after a week of follow up calls from me, no one has gotten back to me about next steps. Also every time you call, email or get a receipt a different company name is listed.

I was blown away by how much extra help they offered without charging more. Their technician was so organized and skilled on fixing my refrigerator hinge. Now my fridge works perfectly again! We'll absolutely call them for future repairs and tell all our neighbors about them too.

Exactly a week ago a tech came out to fix a fridge that had stopped cooling. The tech seemed to think a temporary fix would last a year but a week later it stopped cooling again. When I called about trying to find a solution he offered to send a tech again to do the same thing he already did even though it didn’t help it was clear they weren’t capable of fixing the problem. When I asked if I could part of money back he said absolutely not even though the service they provided didn’t work. This review is for people to think if what they’re offering you is worth because there’s no back if doesn’t work.

The staff provided exceptional refrigerator maintenance service. They were professional, friendly, and took their time to ensure everything was perfect. My fridge is working well, and I’m sure it won’t break down anytime soon. Great value for the service!
