Will and Kyle did an outstanding job. Had a broken garage door spring when I called and they were able to change it out the same day, while I understand depending how busy they are. But they were very professional and easy to talk to. They also let me know of some maintenance I may have to deal with in the future. Definitely going to use NOCO Door Services again. Thanks guys.
I called them Friday afternoon and they were out by Monday afternoon! The garage door was fixed in one go and they are priced competitively. They offered a veteran discount which was greatly appreciated. The explanation of the mechanics behind it all was thorough and they did a good job of setting expectations for the future.Hooray for small business done well!

Truly excellent service and quality of work! I’ve always had issues with my garage door since the beginning due to the builders. In short, the builders put the wrong door (because the top panel had a 3” strut across), they attached the connector arm to the very top of the door and on the outside sheeting that wrap around the top (due to the 3” strut and they clearly didn’t want to change out the door), the wiring of the electric motor was hideous, and the non-square 2x4 (clearly junk scrap lumber) that they attached to the wall for the end of the rail was very wobbly because they missed the stud that they were trying to attached it to (one si... Truly excellent service and quality of work! I’ve always had issues with my garage door since the beginning due to the builders. In short, the builders put the wrong door (because the top panel had a 3” strut across), they attached the connector arm to the very top of the door and on the outside sheeting that wrap around the top (due to the 3” strut and they clearly didn’t want to change out the door), the wiring of the electric motor was hideous, and the non-square 2x4 (clearly junk scrap lumber) that they attached to the wall for the end of the rail was very wobbly because they missed the stud that they were trying to attached it to (one side was just on the dry wall! And they rounded out the screws!). Recently, the ONE spring (instead of two) finally gave out and I called them after work around 5:00 PM they came out the next morning to change out the spring. Ky was very professional and knowledgeable and after putting TWO springs up and trying to door, that’s when we realized just how bad it all was. The top panel was in very bad shape and after speaking with Will, he said they could just replace that top panel and make it work fine but I decided to replace the whole garage door due to all the issues (that we found so far). In under a week they were able to come out and install the correct door, in the same style, and the old door was picked up the same day. They also cleaned up the wiring on the electric motor and attached the 2x4 to the actual studs so that the rail is sturdy. They were very easy to work with from beginning to end and the whole garage door operation is 100% better after they did their work. I highly recommend them for any small issues (broken springs) or big issues (whole door replacement), they are very capable of doing both with excellent quality and service.
