I do not recommend. They charge me $95 inspection fee nonrefundable to lie to me and tell me I needed a new motor for my dishwasher. I bought the part $166. Then they sent another technician to do another inspection, I thought they were going to fix it. At the end of that inspection they said that part does not exist and they cannot continue with the repair. I lost two days of work to meet with the technicians. They refunded me. They wanted to refund me only $38 for the part. It’s not an honest business. I do not recommend. I’m not so sure if they know what they are doing. They do know how to screw people over.

The repair guy watched YouTube on his phone while working. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a professional.

After getting the repair done, the problem popped up again just two days later. I called to check in and was told I’d have to pay again. No warranty, no accountability.

I scheduled a morning appointment, they showed up four hours late with out be aware. Then acted love it changed into no huge deal.

The tech seemed extra inquisitive about upselling me a new system than actually solving the hassle. Felt like a sales visit, now not a repair name.
