There were so many instances of going above and beyond to make sure we were in love with our floors, no matter what and in lightning speed somehow - even working the night before and morning after Thanksgiving. When our appliance delivery team put wet items on our brand new unsealed countertops, Scott’s team took it upon themselves to quickly call them out and cover our countertops to save them for us. Obviously not their problem but just amazing that they cared and looked out for us like that....BEYOND impressed and happy with Scott’s and his team’s professionalism, impeccable work, and creative problem-solving with every step of our project. New York flooring was phenomenal to work with. They restored our 60 year old hardwood floors. They are very personable, fairly priced and have great communication. I felt comfortable welcoming them into my home and was overwhelmed with the amazing results. If you are thinking about redoing your floors, I would highly recommend checking them out!
