Sketchy set up with this company?????? They give a location in Hempstead BUT when you call in, the office is in Yonkers. They also list that they have Saturday & Sunday hours but when I asked to make an appointment for any of those two days, the admin responded by saying they do not have a tech that can come out and make a repair on either of those days?????? Have not even used their service and don't feel like I should!!!!!

My oven stopped heating on Wednesday, right at the time when I needed it most to prepare for a birthday party of my son. I called you guys, and the technician showed up early, fixed it in less than an hour, and was so kind. Thanks for not disappointing me!

My Thermador cook top was not turning on. The technician fixed it by replacing the igniter which was worn and inspecting all the burners. Every burner spins at this stage a-glow. Fast, efficient and complimentary service!
