Well Let Put It This Way...I Went Up To New Wave Wireless On The May 9th 2019 To Get A Phone. Went To Get The iphone XS Max, The Store Store Suggested On Getting My Getting An Iphone 7 Plus. The Manager kept suggesting it to me and kept suggesting it and finally i had to tell him look i need to go run a few places an let me think about it.. Well I went and done my running around and came back up to the store and went to pick up the phone... And After He begged me an begged me to get it he had to charge the phone an update it. Well after i paid him the down payment he finally tells me that i will have to come back up to the store tomorrow and... Well after i paid him the down payment he finally tells me that i will have to come back up to the store tomorrow and get the screen replaced, well the next day i came up there to get the screen replaced and when i got done there i headed home, when i got half way home i went to make a call and the speakers was not allowing me to make any calls, so i called him when i came home and told him look this phone has screen replaced in it and now the earspeaker is not working in the phone, well its Friday and now he said that after making 5 trips up there that i will have to wait until Tuesday to get the speaker fixed. Be In Mind that this is 3 days without a phone, well i wait all the way until Tuesday, he fix the speaker when i got there and tested the phone out and worked ok well i left to go home and then noticed the samething happens again, i call an tell him so he tells me to bring it back up to the next day, well i do an he decides to tell me at the last min that hes got an iphone xr for me brand new, and still was going to fix the speaker on this 7 an get the iphone xr ready had to bring up an iphone 6s to trade for it. Well He took so long getting the phone ready like 3 hours and so i lett the store, when home and relax cause the next day i was going to go get mins for it well i went to walmart and get mins and get ready to put them on and discovered that the phone was being block from my network provider, called them and they told me the iphone xr was reported stolen so i called up tried to get ahold of the guy and he wasn't answeing the phone all the way up to today around 11:30 an called back.. Be in Mind i have not had a working phone for a stright 7 days, No way to make money cause of not having working phone, and no reported it stolen and locked my att account up. I would not suggest anybody to go up there hes trying to hurry up and get you out of the store, hes need help to be able to assist his customers, Poor customer services ive had in like 18 years, still today no phone to work i would give it a bad rating and a one star
