New River is one of the amazing shops in the Beaufrot County Area. They have amazing service, and great attitudes. My transmission went out about four months ago when I was on vacation from North Carolina to Hilton Head, an he had the parts for the transmission with in a few days and had me up and running in about a week. He also gave me a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty with the repair, and his price was fair for the repair. They are also very respectful of your car, cleaning it and putting down floor mats to ensure that they are clean when your car leaves the shop. When I would call he was always quick to return my phone calls, and make sure that I was confident that the repair would be done right. I would also like to say that his shop his family operated with his wife Sally Murphy. She was also very helpful and amazing when I called and she answered. I don't think you could ask for a better Automotive shop in the county area. Thank you so much for all your great help and wonderful service. Its been a few months now and my transmission is still running beautiful like nothing ever happened.

My transmission got rebuilt here a while back and the owner served our country honorably and treats people right. He went the extra mile to ensure my old truck got the transmission that the engine deserved.

Mr John and staff did a awesome job. From start to finish they were friendly and professional and very timely. I would definitely recommend them for your transmission needs.Might I add the cost was very affordable as well.
