Service has gone down the tubes in the last year. My orders have been getting sent somewhere else and I have received orders from other companies. Never can count on getting the material in a timely manner anymore. I have been waiting for a refund for a cap For almost 2 months they keep telling me They're gonna look into it, but never hear anything back.Bad customer service. Ordered a pellet stove liner or last week never showed up this week.They said it just never got ordered.Now i'm out of days pay and unprofessional to my customer.
