This is the ONLY auto repair location I and family members take our vehicles too. Why? Simple, Its hard to find honest, and trust worthy mechanics! These guys give it to you straight. They will let you know what needs to be done now, and what can wait. I have referred many people to this location, even from spokane as I do not feel they will lead anyone astray!
Took my car in for an oil change, alignment, and to have the headlight bulb changed. They had my car all day, and didn't even do the alignment, ripped my front bumper off to allegedly do the headlight, even tho it wasn't necessary to take it off. My previous mechanic never took the bumper off, and changed both headlights, each within a week of each other! Then they charged me 1.5hr labor to change the headlight bulb, when my previous mechanic always changed it in 45-60mins, without the specialty tools this particular mechanic claimed to have! After paying a significant fee for the "work" they claimed to have done that day, and getting it home... Took my car in for an oil change, alignment, and to have the headlight bulb changed. After paying a significant fee for the "work" they claimed to have done that day, and getting it home, we realized they didn't have the headlight placed back in properly, and there was now a bunch of paint chipped off my front bumper from them removing it, and there was a huge dent around where the headlight fits in, looking like they took a screwdriver to try prying it into place. The guy, Ed, who apparently is the boss, saw the damages and said he was going to have a body shop fix it. 1.5wk after he claimed he would call the body shop, we still had not heard back from him. I called him today, to find out about what was going on, and he claimed he hadn't even called the bodyshop, bc it wasn't important enough, and wasn't a safety issue. He also claimed him & his staff aren't "perfect", so I shouldn't be upset, bc they did the best they could. He previously told me it was "an easy job and it wouldn't take long". But now I have a damaged car, which they shouldn't have touched to begin with, if they couldn't properly do the work without causing damages. After talking to Ed today, he is now refusing to fix the damages he caused, bc I am wanting it fixed asap, after not hearing back for 1.5wk. It's not his car that's damaged, so he doesn't care about it getting fixed. As long as he can swindle money from us for the damages he caused, he's happy! This is absolutely the worst mechanic I have ever gone to! I would highly caution others to seek a REAL professional mechanic who knows what he's doing, doesn't make excuses for his inability to do a proper, professional job, and takes responsibility when he damages the property of others, and/or doesn't properly do the work that he's been paid for. We will filing complaints with the BBB, and taking further legal action against this business. It's sad that consumers have to go thru such chaos with regular body shops, just to get simple car maintenance. We'll be going thru a dealership next time. They might cost more initially, but it's not nearly as costly as a careless, negligent mechanic.
We were driving through on our way down to Utah from Canada and they squeezed us in for an alignment and retorque. They had it finished within the hour and very reasonably priced! 10/10
I needed a radiator. I tried for a while to find an honest mechanic to fix what was broken (long story but other parts are broken but still work). They found a safe, affordable solution and got my repair done in one day. They also didn't assume I wasn't mechanically inclined (often a problem for us women). I just moved here and it is great to have found a shop I can trust!
I have found that this is a great place to get small work done! I haven't taken my vehicle back for anything major but I feel comfortable doing just that when the time comes. I got tires, alignment and breaks done and couldn't be more satisfied.
