Excellent service from start to finish. I was looking online for someone to come and do a job at my house quickly, I have kids and wasn’t trying to spend too much time without a working toilet. I contacted New Age and they responded to my house quicker than expected. Carlos and Rob were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue and walked me through how to prevent similar problems in the future, which I really appreciated. New Age came Saturday to quickly diagnose the issue, this morning the techs were here to do a locate. They were able to locate the leak within an hour and quickly started to work on it. The price is extremely reasonable and the guys were quick and professional with the entire process. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. After two other companies came and misdiagnosed or asked me to call the back in 30 days, I am glad they put the hard work and effort to repair my leak. Will call again if I need a plumber.

Water heater leaking valve.

We recently had our water heater replaced by New Age Plumbing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lico and Patrick were the technicians who came out, and they did an amazing job. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly about what they were doing, and made sure we understood the process. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. We highly recommend both this team and the company!
