These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and really service oriented! If I could give them a 10 star review I would. Their prices can't be beat, and they give you honest feedback on what you may need based on the requirements. You don't get any overselling or high pressure sales at all with these guys. There is a reason they are so busy with their service department, because everyone who knows what they are doing goes to see these guys!

They did a great job with my antique singer sewing machine! The sewing machine is 100+ years old just hums along. It was completely frozen with rust. Will definitely use them again. Great job Matt

Great local business with great service and products. Purchased a vacuum there last March and it hasn't disappointed- and when I have needed help (x2) now they have been nothing but kind and helpful (even when the first issue was pure user error and could have been solved by this user being more familiar with the user manual! (I didn't know there was a 2nd filter, but they kindly showed me and went above and beyond to make sure that I would be set with a future spare). Today I was back for a waranteed issue and was in and out in 15 minutes with a working vacuum. This would never be the case if I had purchased something online- I know from exp...Great local business with great service and products. This would never be the case if I had purchased something online- I know from experience, this vacuum cleans a large play space daily and we were tired of constantly needing new equipment or dealing with cumbersome customer service systems when things went wrong. I was hoping that by buying from a local place that could also repair their products that my vacuum woos would be solved and I am not disappointed. Shop here- you WON'T regret it.

Such awesome people work there. Knowledgeable and willing to share. One of them is helping our 9 yr old by getting a used sewing machine ready for only $50. We are going back next week when it is ready to see it and take a quick free lesson. Picked up another computerized sewing machine in for service and only cost $89.95 for a tune up.

They are just the kindest, most professional and most knowledgeable sewing machine sellers&repair shop in New England. I brought my Brother sewing&embroidery machine in and they were very upfront and honest with me that the parts would cost more than a new machine, and even showed me a comparable machine on brother's website (which I later bought!).
Now recently my serger seized up as the upper and lower looper were hitting eachother. When I brought it in, he was able to fix the problem for free but told me it could likely happen again, so I let them take it back for repairs. They gave me a very reasonable price for the "worst case senerio". It does take a little while for them to repair the machine, so don't expect a repaired machine within the same week you take it in, but its worth it.
I'm very interested in older sewing machines and industrial sewing machines and they're always kind enough to humor me and tell me about the older and industrial machines they have, especially the leather sewing machines!
I would HIGHLY recommend Neveretts for repairing (or buying a new/refurbished) sewing machine or vacuum!
