Great company to deal with. They communicate clearly, efficiently and do what they say they're going to do for a very reasonable price. The technician (Shon) who did my termite inspection and retreatment was excellent. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and most important extremely thorough. Explained everything in detail before he began and answered all my questions, even gave some great advice to help prevent future pest problems. Made sure I looked over everything and was 100% comfortable with the work done before he left. I truly feel like he cared about protecting my home.

This company exhibits excellence in customer service and work quality. I like that when I call them I do not have to go through an automated phone system, a human always answers the phone. I always had positive experience with their customer service staff. Their technician always lets me know in advance before coming to do the treatment. Technicians are friendly and share their professional expertise and follow directions. I value their technician's opinion and rely on their suggestions on pros and cons of treatments that they may do to control different type of bugs, rodents etc.

Neuse did a great job on our initial extermination. Scott was prompt, courteous and thorough. We just started the quarterly program, so we determine the effectiveness of the treatments over time, but our initial experience has been positive.
