I've used NerdsToGo several times to repair and upgrade my business laptops. Don and the staff have always been very friendly, and they have always gone above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. They do excellent and timely work and they have always taken the time to answer my tech questions and explain things to me in great detail. Lastly, it is also nice to actually feel welcomed when I enter a business, which is becoming more and more rare these days. I couldn't recommend them more for all your computer repair and upgrade needs.

The turn around time for my computer to be fixed was amazing. Dan and Paul were both so helpful. They both took the time to explain what was wrong with my computer. Assisted with what hard drive to look for (for backup) and an affordable price for what needed to be done! Thank you again!
