I was in the middle of moving back to MA and my shipping carrier damaged my PC.
Matt was super communicative as I initially had to go out of state a few days after dropping off the machine. My motherboard, RAM, and GPU had to be replaced.
My computer runs great and it was repaired in about two weeks with Memorial Day weekend included.
I would recommend Nerds to Go and if I need anything I will be back in the future.
PS- UPS paid my full claim covering the internal damage.

I came in with a goal: to upgrade from my old machine running a 2070 Super, which was starting to struggle with newer AAA titles. I went all-in on a powerful AMD build—something totally new to me, since I’ve never used AMD before and admittedly don’t know much about computers.

Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing tech/gaming issues, especially Arthur. He’s great, was troubleshooting with my 13 y/o in patient and friendly way.
