I have used this service many times before Covid19 and during the past few months. Anthony is awesome and very responsive, we all know that when we need computer repair, since we know nothing we need it right away. Anthony has been great and is very knowledgeable in the IT field.
Called yesterday and gentleman told me doing repairs by pick up only . He arranged to call me 5pm yesterday and would come pick up my laptop due to covid 19 . I sat home waited for his call never happend. Sent a text and voice mail no response . Called back today only got voice mail ? I’m supposed to let a guy take my laptop when he can’t be professional and keep communicating with customers? Move on . There are many more repair companies
