I can’t express how pleased I am with the service I received at Nerd Nation in Cody. So helpful and fixed my computer immediately. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The price was completely reasonable. Will definitely return for all my computer repair needs and highly recommend them to anyone.
Both times I've brought laptops here (for random issues I had no idea how to solve) they got me taken care of within hours, and only charged me the minimum diagnostic fee. I appreciate them for their efficiency and kindness.
These guys are a joke. They quoted me a price to replace a screen, and then they called back halfway into the repair to say it was going to cost double. I said I would just come pick up, but now the cracked screen is shattered and taped back on. Do not do business with people like this that can’t honor their word.
We have had James come to our business on short notice to deal with complicated IT issues twice now. Nerd Nation does an exceptional job - knowledgeable, friendly and proactive. Highly recommended.
