I believe the advert on IG creates a false sense of expectation for customers. They do the job within reasonable limits. Do not expect magic especially for white fabric. I took out 1 star because my expectations were not met especially as white was extra pricing.
Update
Was impressed to get a call from owner after posting review. Turned out that I could easily have called in with my dissatisfaction and they would have a go at it again. Owner offered to come out to clean again for free but I declined since this was 6 month ago and it won’t be fair. Adding the 1 star back for such thoughtfulness.

My car has definitely SHOOK B A C K. The shine is fabulous, I absolutely love it. Next time I will do that hard/deep wax, I want this thang to look like it just came off the lot! Period.
Rims was so dirty the alloy way grey. NOW they are BACK like they neva left!

I was so impressed with this carpet cleaning service! They arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, were friendly, quick, and incredibly efficient. The carpets look amazing, and they even took the time to wipe the hard surface floors where a little water had splashed — such great attention to detail!
