I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. Neli saved me twice when fighting with the fridge, stayed with me for hours (I think they changed their policy after that to a certain time commitment). Highly recommended if you aren't afraid to do a bit of work and save a lot of money.

I used Tin Lizzee to determine what was wrong with my dishwasher. The tech was so great, and friendly. The whole process very smooth. We found the problem in about 10 minutes. it was really easy.
