Neighborly Plumbing did a trenchless sewer repair for me and saved me $5,000 compared to my other estimates. They fixed the line without tearing up my yard, and the whole job was done fast. Matt and Travis really came through for my family everything works great now.
Nieghborly plumbing came and replaced my sewer pipe after catus plumbing messed it up. So far so good on the plumbing. They were both contracted buy 24 hour plumbing pros. The problem is that they were supposed to replace the lawn that they had to dig up,they said it would be about a week when they return to do that. That was in September and it's now November. They aren't going to replace it until 24 plumbing pays them so my lawn is being held hostage because of that . The city is now involved and if that doesn't work then I'll have to get a lawyer. Sorry that neighborly didn't get paid but someone needs to hold people accountable for their word. Come on your not even going to try make this situation better there is no delay . From what I see it's not going to be resolved at any time soon. It took you this long to respond. It's now almost February. Wow , I guess there is no reason to continue this conversation. I know what they said before they left my yard. They lied to me. My word against theirs. You win .
My mom’s sewer line backed up and had to be repaired and lined. Neighborly plumbing came out and took care of everything including some unrelated interior plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as well. They were honest, did great work and were amazing to deal with through the entire process. I would highly recommend them!
