Paul Tavares did an amazing job throughout the entire project. Me and my wife would really surprise about his attentiveness and how knowledgeable he was anytime we had a question or I wanted a little bit more knowledge. He was always available and gave us a call back. Great customer service
The Neeco Crew 4 - JR, Juan and Ismael had worked the last day 2 days at our Scituate, MA home insulating the attic with duct sealing, propavent, added 6 inch fiberglass batting. They also took care of our attic door in our room over garage with 2 inch thermal barrier and the kneewall with 2 inch thermal barrier as well. Sealed gaps in the bedroom with dormers in the small closets. Crew 4 took care of adding a bath fan hose and a new attic stair cover. They also took care of the exterior doors with free weatherstripping. The energy savings are real even with our 15 year home we built. This crew was professional and experienced in this type of... After the energy assessment gained from Mass Save, my partner and I decided to change some major home appliances like AC, water heaters, Inductions stove from them to reduce energy use. We got rebates and were grateful!
Just met with Junior Santos with NEECO and got our MASSSave energy assessment before we plunge into a heating-cooling system install. Really great experience! Junior is very easy to work with, patient, and knowledgable in his field. He had the heating system evaluated, the attic insulation and our window energy status assessed before I finished my cup of joe. He installed a free new shower head with efficiency, and had our new tricklestar advanced power strips in hand. Bravo, Junior- and thanks MASSSave!

Anytime we had a question or there was a concern throughout the entire project. He was always time when you go with his responses and help guide us through the entire process.
