Each time I have come into the store I have been greeted with a smile. They always clean my wedding set and are happy to do it. I have bought several pieces of jewelry and they will do whatever needs to be done to make sure things are fitted to me. Thank you Nederland's!
Very fast and friendly atmosphere. Dropped off my ring to have it sized and it was returned back to me in two days. Thankful they do the work in-house and did not have to ship my ring off for another company to do the repair.
My soon-to-be father-in-law picked up his dream watch this week and after telling me about it, I made the long drive from New Orleans to pick up and identical one. The customer service and attention to detail was exceptional and my fiancé and I ended up picking up our wedding bands while we were in the store.
