We are very pleased with the finished product. They replaced the entire floor in our house. Job was done in a timely manner and professional. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have a home that will be 4 years old in June. I am the second owner.. Neal's flooring laid the floor with NO moisture barrier! Confirmed by a professional company... my floors are coming up every where in my new home.. Neal's flooring owner came over to look and said yeah well this company told us we didnt have to use moisture barrier .. we live in the south !!! The floor was put over a cement slab.. if you want floors to last you more than a couple years ... Richard and Mr Frank were amazing to work with!! They were honest and dependable all the way through!! The staff in the store were all very courteous and helpful!! I'd definitely use them again!! Great teamwork Fast forward to 2/12/ 2026 I used Neal's Flooring for a second time, this week. I replaced flooring in a large part of my home. Mr. Frank, his son Shane and Robert did a wonderful job !! I'm so proud of it !! This business is very knowledgeable about their services.
