They provide fast, friendly service. The tech even showed us a few things we didn’t know about the insert in our fireplace. We will definitely be setting up yearly service with them. Very pleased.

Did a great job. He took care to be neat during the chimney cleaning process and left no trace when he was done. Felt like I got an honest opinion on the inspection. Very personable. Definitely would recommend.

We have received outstanding service from NEA Chimney Services. The cleaning and Level 2 inspection revealed serious flue deterioration from 38 years of use. Fiber optic camera (Level 2) photography images was shared with us detailing the damage to the flue after having a serious flue fire (November 2024) from years of creosote build-up. Multiple options of repair and remedy were discussed with details on methods and materials to be used, along with pricing. We chose a complete reline of the flue and scheduled a few months ahead to ensure more moderate ambient temperatures for the material to cure (scheduled in May of 2025 — my choice). The r...
