I’d give NE Disaster Solutions six stars if that was an option. I had extensive water damage from a major winter storm in 2026 and Jason and his crew were completely amazing. They were there the day I called them, and super supportive during the whole mitigation and remediation process. Their work was excellent and thorough and there really wasn’t anything more that I could ask for. Jason, in particular, went way above and beyond what I was expecting. He was super accessible, staying in constant communication, even during off hours, during a particularly stressful time for me. Seriously, I could not recommend these guys enough!

[UPDATE] My condo insurance has been continuing to be very difficult in covering this. Jason and crew finished the job, cashed the check and I signed the release forms but Jason has been continuing to help me with the adjuster as I navigate through this mess. That wasn’t something that I necessarily expected and I feel he’s going above and beyond here, hence this update.

They took care of everything from start to finish, including dealing with mold that had started to form. The team was professional, courteous, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. In the end, it looked like the damage never even happened.
They even customized some ceiling tiles that were no longer available, making everything match perfectly and look brand new.
