Worst customer service these people sell broken fridges my fridge worked for 3 weeks before it started leaking water also it’s missing pieces when they had delivered the fridge and said they left the pieces at the shop and will be back haven’t seen them since DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They say you will get a year warranty that is a lie these people are scammers go to the lowes warehouse on university instead!!

Very rude customer service. Was inquiring about an offer. When I called, I got rushed off of the phone within 5 seconds, as if the person (male) was irritated. I was told to call the following morning. When I called, the person once again rushed and straight denied me. I’ve considered purchasing different appliances but based off of poor attitude, I’d rather not. Friendly customer service can take you a long way, and sadly these employees or owner doesn’t seem to grasp that.
