Did not repair our Viking fridge/freezer. Broke the ice maker and charged us to put a new one in. It has not made a single ice cube since he installed it. Blamed our electrical service, but the electrician laughed, said the problem was an incompetent repair person. We had another repair person look at it. He said Nbili disconnected all of the wires and plumbing and left them that way. Do not use this repair person.
Nbili Appliance repair excellent service and just very knowledgeable about all appliances. The gentleman came to my residence at the end of the day on Saturday, we were washing clothes and our dryer went out, after determining the problem he informed me that a part had to be ordered and would be able to get it and return on the next business day . I agreed, he also pointed out the faulty part was able to be temporarily repaired to get my dryer running so we could dry the wet clothes we had . I highly recommend this young man , he knows his stuff.Thank you.
Would not recommend Nibili. Came out on initial visit and determined the temperature coming from the freezer was normal. Three days later, bottle of water wouldn't freeze. Came back to check the evaporator timer, determined normal. Said he was going to order the part needed. I never heard from him again. Called another guy out who was shocked he never pulled four screws to reveal the coil. Determined a freon leak in less than a minute.
I ordered the part of the stove upon his request and his phone has been off for days. Now I have to buy a new stove for the tenant who will move into the house. I definitely do not recommend this type of business that does not feel responsible towards their profession. I lost an additional $700 because of this man.
My right side of my refrigerator was not working and I started fretting! I was losing food and of course money. And since the problem came about roughly a week ago, I really couldn't go grocery shopping like I needed to. I had called a few places and they all required a service fee just to come out and diagnose it but if you hired them to do the job they would apply to the repair. After looking online I already knew what was wrong with it and I didn't want to have someone come that I had to pay a service fee and then they quote me for a $200 to $300 job. He answers his phone right away and he wanted to know exactly what was going on with my fridge and I explained it to him and he said something that shocked me! He said to me, before you spend money for a service you may not need, I want you to clear the bottom of your fridge and take a look at your vents to make sure that there is not something blocking the flow of air. I did as he told me but that wasn't the problem. So I called back and told him my findings and he then let me know that he would come by to look at it. He came the very next day and he added me to the end of his already full schedule. He thoroughly checked out my fridge not only on the side that was not working but the freezer side as well. He discovered that it needed a damper which is what I had discovered after researching online. He told me that the part would be at least $100 but if I wanted to go that route, he would have to buy the part and come back another day to install it. Or the other option would be that he could do a modification to the broken damper and it will work as if it were new, that way it would be cheaper for you and you will get the same results as if you bought it brand new and you don't have to wait. Well, I chose the later for him to do his minor modification to my damper to save a lot of money, without having to wait for his return to install the new part. I couldn't take another night of losing food. Well, once he began working I stood and watched as he explained what he was doing and I literally witnessed him make a wonderfully insane modification to my damper that I can only describe as a MacGyver fix! He had me feel the cold air coming through my vent so that I could see the rapid change from warm to cold. He did it! He fixed my fridge and he made it so very affordable that it didn't break my bank. Now my fridge is colder than it was before. I so recommend Nbili to anyone for their appliance repair!!
