Navarro’s did a great job replacing our roof. We had a difficult time getting coverage through our insurance company, so we ended up paying out of pocket. Because of that, we reached out to several roofing companies, but many pushed us to go through insurance or didn’t seem to believe our situation, which gave us a weird feeling. When my husband contacted Navarro’s, they were busy but still made the effort to come out the same day to inspect our roof. That alone gave us confidence. We know our house is older and would require more work, which we had tried explaining to other roofers without much success. One company even tried to rely on an outdated insurance report instead of coming out in person, which didn’t sit right with us. Navarro’s approach was completely different. They took the time to physically inspect everything, and that reassurance meant a lot. Yuri was especially patient and answered all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable—more like we were working with someone we knew rather than just another customer. They even put a tarp over the damaged area to prevent further leaks before starting the work. They completed both our house and carport roof in one day, started early, and finished before 6 PM. The cleanup was excellent—you wouldn’t even know they had been there. Just look at the before and after. We just need to repaint after removing our gutter. Also any problem found they immediately notified us. Our house looks so much better now, and best of all, no more leaks. We’re really glad we chose Navarro’s.

On March 17, 2026, Navarro’s Roof Repairs did a fantastic job repairing the roof on our home and replacing the sheet rock in the ceiling of the garage. The damage was caused by an ice and snow dam. We also had rotten wood replaced on the side of the house and the chimney. The customer service and the repair work were exceptional. We used Navarro Roofing Repair for our back deck back in March/April. We needed partial replacement wood and they gave us a competitive quote and it was done in 1.5 days (includes hauling it off). We did have to text them back as there was a portion of the deck that wasn't repaired that we had agreed upon and they were quick to remedy the mistake.

Very satisfied with my new roof! Went from raining inside my house to a brand new beautiful roof in just a few days. They were at my house at 6:30 AM worked all day in the heat till done!
