I recently called to ask a simply question. In fact this company was referred to me. So I was eager to work with them. WOW was I disappointed. They were unfriendly in fact, the older "grumpy" gentleman I spoke to on the phone was completely RUDE. I asked a question, and he hung up on me. Please keep in mind, I never raised my voice or said anything inappropriate. DO NOT use this company. Go to Modern Upholstery on Concord much better to work with, better quality and overall better people to spend your money with.

They re-upholstered a chair for me that was in terrible shape back in the early nineties and it was like a brand new chair then and it still is to this day.

I am so excited! My oversized recliner looks brand new. I am thrilled with the quality, service, and price. Very responsive to calls and texts, and the chair looks amazing!!! Update: I had 2 more pieces done and am very happy! Quality of work and attention to detail is excellent! Don’t buy new…update what you already have!

National upholstery has been in business since 1947. It has passed hands a few times. My dad, Marshall Timms and I have been there 20+years. He purchased it in 2008. He can be hard to get along with, but we take pride in the quality of all our work.
