5 stars all the way. We needed an emergency repair and they came out first thing next day and got us up and running quickly. They were very courteous and polite and I would absolutely recommend them. Two things I enjoyed about the experience is that they allow for easy digital payments which was nice. Also prices were reasonable. They have a fee to come out to you but that fee is applied to your total bill which is nice compared to other places. Its also not outrageously high compared to other places. While I hope I don't have to use them again soon, when I do I will be using them for sure.

The most unprofessional, bumbling, incompetent service I’ve ever had the misfortune to require. Misdiagnosed the problem with my TV multiple times, they canceled appointments that I took time off of work for without telling me multiple times, and when I finally might get the part I need to fix my tv they cancel my appointment again without consulting me first to begin yet another long process. It’s been 2 months and my TV still isn’t fixed. Avoid them if at all possible. Would leave no stars if I could.

Helped us find what wet needed somewhere else!!
