I called Thiel's collision center from the highway when I was driving cross country and the plastic shielding from the bottom of my car came loose on the highway. It was very scary. Kim answered the phone and was kind, patient, and helpful giving me directions to the shop. Even though they were closing in a half an hour from when I called (and 15 minutes from when I finally got through the door), Brandon agreed to do quick fix that has held so far and got me back on the road. Brandon and Erin were awesome. They were so helpful. They got us back on our vacation in a day. They were also reasonably priced. If I lived in Chamberlin I would take my business to them all the time.

Got a rock chip on the road. Called and they were very quick to help us with it! They worked very well with my insurance company and were very helpful in getting our windshield repaired so we could get back on the road! Definitely recommend!
