received excellent customer service here back in 2017, and I’ve never forgotten the experience. I had a Nissan Versa Note and my transmission failed. The team was already aware that this was a known manufacturing issue with Nissan. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem and clearly document their findings so I could take the results directly to Nissan and have the issue addressed. They were honest, professional, and truly had my best interest in mind. It’s always hard to find a good mechanic that does good work and is trustworthy. A friend recommended me to give this shop a try and I’m glad I did. My transmission needed work done And they were able to fix the issue. It has been over a year since the repair and everything is working just fine. I recently needed my water pump replaced and they were able to get that job done for a reasonable price compared to other shops. The best selling point for the shop I believe is Michelle. I had to have work done on my Ford F150 and I called the shop because they fixed a previous vehicle a while ago. When I called I was greeted with a friendly voice that listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. I dropped my truck off in the afternoon and they had the work done the next day. My truck has been running great since then.

3/2/26 brought my vehicle in for transfer case. They found out it was not transfer case but rear differential. Very knowledgeable about transmissions . Will return for any other needs i may have.
