Ian was awesome! I brought in my iPhone 16 because it had a chip with spider cracks, and I was convinced the actual screen was damaged. I was fully expecting to pay around $200 and be without my phone for a while. After taking a look, Ian quickly determined that the damage was only to the screen protector — not the screen itself. What a relief! He replaced the screen protector, had me in and out in about 15 minutes, and the total was just $10.99. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Ian at My Phone Repair at The Wharf in Orange Beach!

Ian was awesome and diagnosed my problem instantly. Cleaned out my charging port and gave me a free wireless charging pad to help with my charging problems until I got a new phone. Highly recommend!
